How to fix the leakage problem?

Align the cylinder opening with the thread – check that the O‑ring is intact.Tighten the cylinder securely (use a towel for extra grip), then check for leaks – listen near the cylinder for any hissing sound. If you hear a leak, unscrew slightly, realign, and retighten. In most cases, leaks are caused by misalignment with the thread.
