What should you do if you don’t want to be disturbed by the sound of cleaning cat litter at night?

You can find the Do Not Disturb button in the APP to set the time period each day when the machine will not run automatic cleaning.

Why does the main rake move backward and then forward when scooping waste into the waste bin?

This maximizes the avoidance of clean litter being wasted, allowing more clean litter to return to the litter box.

Which types of cat litter can be used in this litter box? And which ones are unsuitable?

We recommend small-granule clumping litter: cassava litter performs best (per our testing), with clay/corn and other small-granule clumping options also suitable. Avoid tofu litter longer than 0.47″, and crystal litter with larger particles.

What should I do if my cat refuses to use the new litter box?

We recommend placing the old litter box next to the new one and adding some of the cat’s used litter to the new box. Start by manually scooping the litter at first. Once the cat has adjusted after some time, you can set up automatic scooping.
