Does this feeder support 5G WiFi?

This device operates on the more stable 2.4GHz WiFi band, which provides stronger signal than 5G for optimal coverage in kitchens/balconies where feeders are typically placed. During setup, ensure your phone connects to a 2.4GHz network.

Can stainless steel bowls really prevent cat acne?

Our food-grade polished stainless steel reduces residue buildup by 90% compared to plastic bowls. For maximum effectiveness against feline acne, we recommend weekly disassembly cleaning (3-second removal process).

Do both bowls dispense food simultaneously?

Our synchronized dispensing technology ensures even distribution. Should you notice irregular timing, clean the dispensing outlets with damp cloths (monthly maintenance recommended).

Is programming 10 meals too complicated?

The app features one-touch scheduling – set it once and repeat daily. Most users complete setup in under 10 seconds with our intuitive interface.

Will power outages erase settings?

No. All settings are cloud-backed. Installing backup batteries effectively prevents feeding interruptions during outages.
