RETRACTABLE BABY GATE FOR STAIRS & DOORWAYS – Perma Child Safety’s retractable baby gate rolls across stairs, doorways and hallways to keep little ones where you want them, then retracts neatly out of the way when open – a clean, low-profile alternative to bulky swing gates that suits wide and awkward openings other gates will not fit.
MESH DOG & PET GATE, INDOOR AND OUTDOOR – Doubles as a mesh dog gate and pet gate: block the stairs, separate rooms, or close off a deck or patio. Rated for indoor and outdoor use, so the same gate works at the top of the stairs inside and across an outdoor doorway or porch.
EXTENDS TO 71 IN, EXTRA-WIDE, LOCKS AT ANY WIDTH – The retractable mesh panel pulls out to fit openings up to 71 in wide and locks at any width you set – no extension kits to buy. An extra-wide baby gate and dog gate for large or unusual openings where fixed-width gates fall short.
NO BOTTOM BAR, NOTHING TO TRIP OVER – With no bottom bar or threshold across the floor, you walk straight through without stepping over a rail – easier when carrying a baby or laundry, and kinder to older adults than a pressure gate with a raised bar.
3-WAY LOCK WITH ONE-HAND OPERATION – A 3-way locking mechanism holds the gate firmly and lets you open it with one hand; pull the handle to extend and the release locks automatically, so the barrier stays put until you choose to open it.
HARDWARE-MOUNTED FOR A SECURE HOLD – Screws into the wall or door frame (hardware included) for a solid, angled hardware mount that holds at the top of stairs – a firmer fix than push-off pressure gates. Mounting templates make lining up the holes simple.
RETRACTS OUT OF THE WAY WHEN OPEN – Because the gate rolls back into its housing, it disappears when not in use – no gate swinging into the hallway, no clutter, and a tidy look that blends into the door frame and deck decor.
THREE SIZES FOR ALMOST ANY OPENING – Choose 33 in tall x up to 55 in wide, 33 in tall x up to 71 in wide, or extra-tall 41 in x up to 71 in wide – a size for narrow doorways through to wide entryways and staircases.
MEETS ASTM SAFETY STANDARDS – Built to meet and exceed ASTM International safety standards, with a durable woven mesh (230 g/sqm) that stands up to everyday family and pet traffic.
FOR BABIES, TODDLERS, DOGS AND PETS – One retractable gate for the whole household – a child safety gate for toddlers and a retractable dog gate for pets, indoors at the stairs or outdoors on the deck.
